Before founding Stirki, I raised $3m at 17yo and founded Station Mountain Bike Park. Now, 15 months later, after a lot of ups and downs, and endless cycles of research and manufactural iteration, Stirki is here.

Cold fingers can absolutely ruin what would be an amazing winter day. And, I additionally always noticed that no gloves, no matter how good their materials were, ever fixed the core reason why fingers get cold – a lack of proper blood flow.

Almost everyone has experienced this issue. I found it crazy that a circulation-based glove liner has never been made. It was what a perfect winter experience was lacking.

So, starting in September, I got to work. I spoke with 20+ manufacturers, tested 50+ different gloves, and put together research documents about the compression technology and fabric composition. So, after an endless amount of manufacturing, product iteration, and product testing, I can finally say, with confidence, that these compression-based gloves solve the actual root issue of cold fingertips that in a way that no other glove does.

As I finally started to finish the product, I partnered with a cofounder from California to help boost Stirki as much as possible, source shops, source sponsors, and so on.
